Christian Verg began his career at Savills in the Cross Border Investment division after completing his education and studies. There, he advised German institutional investors on transactions across Europe and supported British clients with their investments in Germany. Subsequently he joined CR Investment Management in Berlin, where he was responsible for the sale of two nationwide portfolios on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Following this, he spent five years as Head of Transaction Management at Prelios, the German real estate subsidiary of Pirelli, overseeing the disposal of the company’s own real estate portfolio as well as the Karstadt assets within the Highstreet portfolio. At Exporo, he was responsible for developing and acquiring properties for their portfolio division before returning to the advisory side, specializing in German institutional and international clients.
